I’ve walked this long
Hard, barren path
And I’ve one question left
‘who am I God?’
I’ve cried for long
Forgotten love
Still burning in my breast
They said sing us a song
Of truth and love and right
I looked them in the eye and said:
“Who am I, God ?”
